These terms & conditions apply to all items ordered from Rupert & Co and by placing your order, you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time without notice to you.
Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

Our products
While every effort has been made to display the products as accurately as possible as they appear on our website, how you see them will depend on your device you use when viewing our website/social media sites.
We cannot guarantee that your devices display will correctly reflect the product on delivery. Variations i can be expected and should not be seen as a fault.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Purchase of products
When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email to the email address provided by you during the checkout process. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we send you a confirmation email.
Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Price and payment
We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and most major Credit and Debit Cards. Full payment for your purchase must be made before we can dispatch your order.
We do not accept payment via E-Cheque or BACS.
The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges as detailed below.
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling.
Delivery
If the goods that you order are in stock at the time when your order is accepted then we will aim to dispatch your order within a maximum of 3 working days.
UK & ROI: Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.
Delayed Delivery: If your item has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact woof@rupertandco.o.uk and we will investigate this for you.
Please note that we can not log any parcel as lost until 10 working days after postage as stated on the Royal Mail Website.
We will not investigate until after these 10 days have passed.
Once an item is confirmed as lost by the Courier/Mailing company we can issue a full refund.
Please be aware that this can take a few days to resolve (usually 21 days after original posting date).
Please note that delivery timeframe commences from date of fulfilment, not order. The delivery cost for one box is £2.99 Royal Mail 2nd Class or £3.20 Royal Mail 1st Class (UK only).
ROI is £6.00 flat rate.
We reserve the right to change our delivery costs at any time without notice to you. The cost of your delivery will always be confirmed at the time when your order is placed.
Returns
We hope that you love your items as much as we do, however if something isn’t quite right or what you expected, do not hesitate to contact us. We offer a 14 day returns policy on all of our unused products.
We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges or refund once the product has been used / opened

We can only refund the PayPal account or credit card originally used for payment, please note, charges may be incurred.
Refunds will be the cost of the purchased product/s only.
For goods received that are faulty and unopened, please email us at woof@rupertandco.co.uk stating the order number and nature of the problem.
We regret to inform you we cannot cover postage on faulty or returned goods.
Rupert and Co will not be liable for your returned items while they are in transit back to us, and we would recommend using a tracked delivery service.
